About the role:

We are looking for someone wanting to step up as a Site Traffic Managing Supervisor on Level 1 and 2 roads across the Bay of Plenty. You would be working with a safety conscious, family orientated, and success driven company who are taking major roading contracts in the Bay of Plenty by storm.

We are looking for a head strong STMS with a self-drive attitude to manage traffic management sites and ensure a safe workplace for your team and visiting contractors. Plus, Ongoing training, development and support will be provided to you.

Your duties may include:
* Organising operations for setting up and packing down sites.
* Clear communication with your team and contractors through RT devices.
* Directing pedestrians and vehicles.
* Some manual handling and heavy lifting.
* Working in all weather conditions and being safety conscious for new risks and hazards in these conditions.

To be successful in this role you must:
* Have your own reliable transport.
* Have a minimum Class 1 full license
* Be reliable and committed to daily work.
* Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
* Have construct safe or be willing to obtain one.
