All experience within irrigation, planting, pruning and tractor driving, is hugely advantageous.

Your day will consist of:
• Harvest
• Tractor and quad bike driving. Tractor with bin trailer.
• Planting
• Waste management
• Pruning
• Stringing
• Orchard construction development
• General orchard maintenance e.g. Ag-beam repair and replacement, etc
• Bud counting
• Raking out
• Irrigation maintenance
• Weed-vegetation management
• Stump grinding, mowing, ground hogging, fertiliser and compost spreading, mulching, chain saw use, etc.

The successful person will:
• Be flexible, work is outdoors and hours are subject to weather conditions
• Keep a strong adherence and focus on Health & Safety procedures.
• Have reliable transport and full drivers’ licence
• Preferably be able to safely operate of any machinery such as using quad-bikes, side-by-sides, tractors, spraying units related to spraying, tractors with bin trailers.
• Have a positive can-do attitude
• Be drug and Alcohol-free
• Be committed, reliable and punctual
• Reasonable physically fit and able
• Willing to learn new skills
• Enjoy being part of a team
