We are currently recruiting on behalf of a of our engineering client for a Heavy Fabrication Apprentice

They are a small to medium size firm with a supportive team environment. Located in a central suburb, you will be able to catch the bus to work if needed.

• Completed a pre trade course or engineering course (such as welding or fabrication).
• Studied metalwork at school
• Worked with power tools
• Proven hand tools/welding experience

  Duties will include:

  • Assisting fabricator welders with grinding, measuring and cutting
  • General housekeeping duties in the workshop
  • Painting steel
  • Labouring on site
