    Our client is well-known reputation organisation specialises in the manufacture and supply of both structural and non-structural plywood. They are currently looking for an experienced customer service representative

    Responsibilities

    • Receiving and placing customer service telephone calls
    • Inbound calls and taking enquiries and sales orders
    • Maintaining solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism
    • Resolving customer complaints, managing database records, drafting status reports on customer service issues
    • Data entry and research as required to troubleshoot customer problems
