  • $35-40 per hour depending on experience
  • An awesome short-term opportunity to combine your administration and events coordination experience and love for helping your colleagues in an Event/Training Coordinator role.

    You will get the chance to showcase your excellent administration/coordination skills while providing support to a wider team. No day will be the same in this role. The successful candidate will: 

  • Have experience managing the logistics of all training, workshop and briefing sessions
  • Be experienced booking and setting up rooms, organising supplies for workshops, registering participants
  • Have experience managing multiple diaries
  • Be responsible for updating training materials and then upload to the online learning system
  • Be able to create engaging presentations
  • Co-ordinate project tasks and keep the team on the track
