Job description

To become part of this team you need to have the following attributes:

  • Preferably come from a retail background
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in telesales
  • MUST have a good attendance record
  • Clear communication skills
  • Positive and cheerful personality
  • Good written English skills
  • Ability to upsell to customers and desire to exceed set KPI's
  • Pro-active, honest, reliable
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Task-focussed and ability to work to deadlines
  • Understanding of Health & Safety measures
  • NZ Driving Licence (restricted minimum)
  • No criminal convictions
  • NZ citizen or permanent resident

    This role is Monday to Friday on a rostered monthly rotation. The call centre is open from 9am-8pm so no late nights or early starts. Occasionally you will be required to work a Saturday shift 9am-3.30pm.
