What will you be doing?

We are looking for a Candidate Sourcing Specialist to join our Palmerston North team on an ongoing or on-call contract basis.

Your passion for meeting people from all walks will be high on your priority list, and being driven to learn about what makes people tick will be front and centre for you. You will also get to learn about NZ employment industry, and what makes our fantastic country tick!

  • Own the end to end recruitment process including advertising, screening, interviewing, conducting verifications and getting our talented candidates work-ready
  • Effective database management
  • Ensure candidates receive outstanding care at all times
  • Contribute to reporting and other coordination activities from time to time

    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail, time management and ability to work towards tight timeframes
    • Enthusiasm for exploring fresh avenues for sourcing talent. Tech-savvy and digitally focused using Facebook, Instagram, Seek, and other outlets to creatively attract talent and promote The Adecco Group
