Job description

Adecco is currently recruiting to a range of temporary Administration roles for our clients in Wellington. We are seeking motivated and committed candidates who wish to apply their experience whilst enjoying flexibility and variety across these various different assignments. To be successful in these Administration roles, you will need:

· Strong communication

· Be well presented

· To be flexible and adaptable

· To be a team player as well as the ability to work on your own

· Sound computer literacy and experience using the MS Office suite

A range of duties will be included into each assignment, such as:

· Administration support to a wider team

· Reception support

· Data entry and filing

· Customer service - answering phones and transferring calls

· Maintaining and updating systems
